We are delighted to announce that in July 2012 The Grange Therapeutic School was judged to be outstanding in all areas by Ofsted.
The Grange Therapeutic School is an 38 week residential school providing weekly boarding for boys aged 8-18 who have a statement of Social, Emotional Behavioural Difficulties. The School also has a number of day pupils. Pupils are referred to the school from local authorities throughout England.
At the core of its success is the high quality of relationships between staff and pupils, based on an understanding of each boy's needs. The house units provide a safe and healthy environment from which pupils can access the high quality of teaching on offer.
The school offers a wide curriculum and an abundance of extra curricular activities including a range of outdoor pursuits, which is successful in re-engaging reluctant learners.
